Hi, I’m Clare, and I’ve been passionate about health and wellness for over two decades. I’m a Level 3 Yoga Teacher (qualified since 2009), a Level 3 Pilates Teacher (qualified since 2003), and a Level 3 Personal Trainer. Currently, I’m expanding my expertise by studying Reformer Pilates, Level 3 Exercise Referral, and Level 4 Low Back Pain Management.
I’ve taught in Tamworth for years, hosting classes at various locations and offering one-on-one training.
